Porcaro Law Group focuses exclusively on personal injury cases and represents clients with direct communication and determined advocacy. We take on insurance companies, keep clients informed, and pursue accountability without upfront legal fees.
At our firm, every case is personal. Exceptional legal representation begins with exceptional client service—listening carefully, communicating clearly, and responding promptly. We understand that an injury disrupts far more than physical health; it affects families, livelihoods, and peace of mind. Our role is to shoulder the legal burden so our clients can focus on healing, not uncertainty.
We are relentlessly focused on results. From the outset of every case, we prepare with one objective in mind: securing the full and fair compensation our clients deserve. That means conducting thorough investigations, identifying every available source of recovery, and building each case as if it will be tried before a jury. Insurance companies recognize serious preparation—and they respond accordingly.
Insurance carriers are sophisticated, well-funded, and motivated to minimize payouts. We have the experience, resources, and judgment to push back decisively. We do not accept low-value settlements driven by convenience or pressure. When insurers refuse to act reasonably, we are fully prepared to escalate, litigate, and advocate forcefully on our clients’ behalf.
As a boutique firm, we are intentionally selective. This allows us to give every case the attention it deserves and every client direct access to their attorney. No case is treated as a number. No client is left in the dark.
Our philosophy is simple: deliver exceptional service, pursue maximum compensation with precision and strategy, and never hesitate to challenge insurance companies when our clients’ interests are on the line.
On-page Pull Quote for Design: “Insurance companies recognize serious preparation — and they respond accordingly.”

Having accrued more than 15 years of experience in the legal field, Mr. Peter Porcaro has achieved a lauded reputation as a managing attorney of Porcaro Law Group. Since its establishment in 2015, the Delray Beach law firm has earned distinction as a high-level legal service for discerning clients, particularly in relation to cannabis law, personal injury and auto accidents. As a tenacious litigator, Mr. Porcaro is steadfast in his pursuit of justice and works tirelessly to receive proper compensation on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Porcaro has developed a reputation for being a fierce and effective litigator in South Florida, earning South Florida Legal Guide Top Up and Comer for 5 years straight (2017-2021). In 2020, Mr. Porcaro was included in the Marquis Who’s Who for both his legal accomplishments and philanthropic efforts. His law firm collaborates extensively with Eat Better, Live Better, a nonprofit organization that seeks to combat and reverse childhood obesity through the provision of dietary literacy within the community. Likewise, Mr. Porcaro is an avid supporter of initiatives that feed the less fortunate, which is why his firm takes part in Thanksgiving Turkey giveaways each year.
Moreover, Mr. Porcaro has become an enthusiastic advocate for cannabis reform in local politics. He is aligned with United for Care, specifically Florida for Care, through which he lobbies for cannabis law reform. Mr. Porcaro is an affiliate of Floridians for Freedom and Regulate Florida — organizations that advocate for expanded legalization of cannabis as well. Through his efforts on the national committee, the fight for cannabis legalization is taking strong suit in Florida, especially in recent years.
Mr. Porcaro credits his propensity for providing a high level of service for his clients, as well as his positive contributions in the form of charitable works, which, in turn, enhances the profile of his law firm. At the heart of his legal profession, Mr. Porcaro aims to continue working with the local community and become more involved in benevolent efforts.
Growing up in rural Western Maryland, my formative years were greatly impacted by my father’s prospering physician career. By high school, I set myself on a path to follow in his footsteps and subsequently enrolled myself in Biology at Penn State University. Not long into my undergraduate studies did I realize the practice of law was my true calling. After graduating from Penn State in 2003, I began my legal journey at the University of Pittsburgh, where I went on to receive my JD in 2006.
After being admitted to practice law by the Pennsylvania State Bar Association and the Florida Bar and Palm Beach County Bar Associations, I set about my legal career in sunny South Florida. My wife, Desiree, son Jack, and Golden Retriever, Santino, and I relocated to Boca Raton, Florida where I immediately immersed myself in insurance defense. I took on cases involving auto negligence, medical malpractice, premises liability, slip and fall accidents, workers’ Compensation, and Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and casualty claims. During this time, I learned the inner workings of insurance companies and saw first hand how they operate in the best interests of their bottom line rather than the people they are meant to insure.
With the realization that I had more compassion for the people I was fighting against, I knew it was time to switch gears. I left my position to take on a more altruistic fight — to help injury victims gain the compensation they deserve. After a year at a prominent personal injury firm in Boca Raton, I fulfilled a lifelong dream of opening my own practice. I started Peter J. Porcaro, P.A. with the intention of representing plaintiff’s personal injury and criminal defense cases. As a solo practitioner, I handled hundreds of personal injury claims and recovered millions of dollars on behalf of my clients.
Having a keen eye for the future, I began developing a legal practice for cannabis business law by 2012. I sit on the legal committee for the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Law (NORML) as well as the Americans for Safe Access (ASA) to help bring forth changes in Florida legislation. Additionally, I’ve worked with veteran groups and activist organizations to help bring about the legalization of cannabis in Florida. With my adept knowledge in personal injury, criminal defense, and cannabis law, I aspire to offer my clients the best legal services throughout every stage of the litigation process.
Please contact me with any questions. I look forward to working with you.

From the Attorney
I chose to focus my practice on personal injury law because it allows me to advocate for people at moments when guidance and responsiveness matter most. After an injury, clients are often facing physical pain, financial stress, and uncertainty about what comes next. My role is to step in quickly, explain their options clearly, and take on the legal burden so they can focus on recovery.
Personal injury cases demand preparation, judgment, and the willingness to push back when insurance companies attempt to minimize responsibility. I believe clients deserve an attorney who is fully invested in their case and prepared to see it through.
Clients who work with Porcaro Law Group can expect a level of involvement and responsiveness that is increasingly rare.
Every case is prepared as if it will be tried before a jury. That level of preparation signals seriousness and strength — both in negotiations and, when necessary, in litigation.
Porcaro Law Group has earned the trust of clients throughout South Florida by combining disciplined preparation with personal service. The firm has successfully resolved a wide range of personal injury matters and has achieved meaningful recoveries for injured clients.
With 159 Google reviews and a 4.9-star rating, clients consistently highlight responsiveness, clarity, and professionalism as defining features of their experience.
The firm handles personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis — there is no fee unless compensation is recovered.
Peter Porcaro is an active member of the local community. He regularly speaks on legal and community topics and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Eat Better Live Better, a nonprofit organization focused on improving community health and well-being.
His professional philosophy extends beyond the courtroom: to serve clients, contribute locally, and practice law with integrity and consistency.
At Porcaro Law Group, no case is treated as a number and no client is left in the dark. The firm’s approach is grounded in responsiveness, preparation, and respect — values that guide every decision and every case.
